Yes. We source directly from brands and trusted suppliers and never sell counterfeit products.
How long does delivery take?
Lagos orders arrive in 1 to 3 working days. Other states take 3 to 7 working days.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes, we deliver to all 36 states and the FCT for a flat fee of ₦4,500.
How do I pay?
You pay using the provided payment options on the checkout page.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel any time before it ships. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of charge.
How do I track my order?
Open Track Order and enter your order number and phone number.
How do I book a spa treatment?
Go to the Spa & Wellness page and tap Book on WhatsApp. We will confirm a time with you.
